Product Summary
The TLP531 is an AC / DC input module solid state relay. The TOSHIBA TLP531 consists of a photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a six lead plastic DIP. The TLP532 is no-base internal connection for high-EMI environments.
