Sensitivity, smear, D-range, S/N and other characteristics from visible light area to near infrared light area, have been greatly improved compared with the The icx249al through the adoption of EXview HAD CCD technology. The icx249al features a field period readout system and an electronic shutter with variable charge-storage time.
